If a problem occurs with the product (clubs) and has been used in any way, under normal wear & usage, the item will be handled as a warranty issue, not as defective. Return shipping charges for warranty items are the customer's responsibility.

All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period Eagle Golf Powered by TGW will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.

It is at the manufacturer's discretion on repair, replace or refund of item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for repair from the time the manufacturer receives the item.

Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and special ordered items. Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.
